The Antypa Evangelia Cheese Dairy was founded in 2011 in Livadi, Lixouri. At the cheese dairy, fine cheeses and dairy products are produced from pure, quality milk and well-tested traditional recipes, which are the key ingredients supporting the exceptional flavors of its products. The Cheese Dairy is always seeking new ideas, and with creativity and strong technical expertise, it delivers high quality and authentic taste in everything that defines tradition. At the same time, it strives for long-term cooperative relationships both with livestock farmers and with other small Greek producers who share the same philosophy as the business.

Within the framework of the OG BEST RUMIN, the Antypa Evangelia Cheese Dairy undertakes the provision of the necessary information and data to the Coordinating Body, the organization of meetings among the members of the OG, and participation in the implementation of the project with emphasis on issues of knowledge transfer and showcasing the revived cheese product, as well as matters of promotion and productive utilization of the project’s results.
